This piece came to me on a breeze. I feel this so much, so I wanted to share it. This picture is from one of my visits to the ocean, a serene moment captured in the waves and the horizon. The call of the sea!
I am the sun and the trees and the moon and the breeze and the chirping of birds and the buzzing of bees and the echo of bats and the sting of a wasp and the bent blades of grass and the waves of the sea. I’m the thunder that rumbles, the ground as it quakes, the eruption of lava that scorches Earth’s face, and the fire-kissed whirlwinds that savagely rip up the buildings of man and leave death in their place. I am the Blue Jay that tears through the skies with a purpose. I break through the mask of disguise and rebirth you. Disrobe illusions, and breathe. Be here now and nothing less.
